Turnip Seeds - Fuku Komachi - Hybrid

Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds from early spring or late summer/early fall in a sunny location. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Plant every 2 weeks for continuous harvest. When grown under optimum temperature (68°F) small turnips (1-2") can be harvested in 30 days--large ones (6") in 60 days. Use roots or greens in stir-fry, yosenabe, okazu, salad or tsukemono pickle. Especially delicious raw when harvested small.
