Shipping & Order Processing
We pride ourselves on lightning-fast order processing. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, thanks to our in-house fulfillment and resource planning system designed for speed and efficiency.
Orders over 200 lb may require LTL (pallet) shipping, which can take up to 5 business days to process and ship. Our customer service team will reach out to coordinate any additional arrangements if needed.
Order Tracking 📪
You will receive an email 📧 notifying you when you order ships, including tracking information so you can track your package. If you created an account at TrueLeafMarket.com, you can login to check your order status. Or use our handy order bots 🤖 to check the status for you.
🚚 The vast majority of our orders ship from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. A small number of orders (electric juicers, greenhouses, composters, etc…) ship directly to you from our vendors. Shipping transit times vary by your proximity to our warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. Allow 3 to 10 business days
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75 & OVER TO THE LOWER 48 US – Orders $75 and over placed on TrueLeafMarket.com to the lower 48 states qualify for free standard (ground) shipping. Pallet quantity and quoted wholesale orders may be subject to shipping charges by custom quote.
- We utilize Surepost and many other shipping carriers when you select our free service model. If you can only receive mail from a certain carrier, you must select that service instead.
- If shipping to a PO Box and utilizing our free service, we cannot guarantee it will ship USPS. You must select Priority Mail or First Class at checkout.
- FLAT RATE FOR ORDERS UNDER $75 – Orders under $75 placed on TrueLeafMarket.com to the lower 48 states qualify for flat rate shipping.
- For all other orders UNDER $75, our shipping rates start at $8.95.

SHIPPING UPGRADE OPTIONS – During checkout you have the option to select upgraded shipping options. Please note, not all options are available for all orders. Rates for upgraded shipping options vary by weight, box dimensions delivery zip code and other factors.
- USPS Priority Mail – NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE: but delivery is usually 3-5 days.
- UPS Ground – Expected delivery in 1-5 business days.
- USPS Ground Advantage – Expected delivery in 2-5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express – Usually arrives in 1-3 days when ordering before noon.

WHEN PLACING AN EXPEDITED ORDER:
When placing an order late Friday night, Saturday or Sunday, that we do not process these orders until the following Monday.
