To grow lettuce baby greens, spread them across the surface of your soil (spaced a little further apart than microgreens). Cover with a very thin layer of soil and spray down. To increase the growing time, you can begin by covering them with plastic wrap or a greenhouse tray. After a few days, the seeds will geriminate. Once you see leaves poking through the soil, place the growing tray under a grow light or next to a window. Keep soil moist, checking daily.
