Pea Seeds - Maple - Microgreens Seeds

Soak maple pea microgreens seeds for 4 hours and drain. Pea microgreen prefer soil growth mediums. When planting, cover with a thin layer of soil or a paper towel and make sure to keep that wet (not soggy) over the germination aka black out period. Cover planted seeds and check each day to ensure adequate moisture. after 3 to 4 days uncover and place your growing maple pea microgreens under growing lights or in a windowsill where they can be exposed to indirect sunlight. When peas are 4 to 5 inches tall, they are ready to eat!
