It is known by various names, including Ethiopian kale, Ethiopian mustard, Abyssinian mustard, African kale, and Highland kale. This plant is often considered a mustard green, and its leaves are mild in flavor compared to kale and mustard. This type of cruciferous green leafy vegetable prefers a mild climate but has good resistance to cold and drought.
