These hard white Organic wheat berries are available in small to large quantities in resealable packaging, and are tested for microbes. Certified Organic.
Plant white wheat in a sunny spot in your garden. Plant this wheat in the fall, 6-8 weeks before frost risk, for an early summer/late spring harvest. Hard white wheat will overwinter for around 8 months before it is ready to harvest. Plan on planting at least wheat 25 seeds per square foot.
