1,000 Days to Maturity. Vitis labrusca ’Himrod’. Himrod Seedless Grape Roots. Non-GMO, perennial, seedless grape vine. One of the best white seedless grapes for home gardens. This variety is known for its sweet flavor and quick ripening. Produces medium-sized clusters of golden-green grapes with a sweet, mild flavor and crisp texture. Excellent for fresh eating, drying into raisins, or making light juice and wine.

Growing Himrod Grape Roots
Plant in the spring when the soil is workable. Select a location in full sun with well-draining soil. Amend with organic matter like coconut coir, worm castings, compost, etc., to improve heavy soil textures. Space vines 6-8 feet apart. Provide sturdy trellis or arbor support. Water deeply after planting and mulch around the base to conserve moisture. Prune annually to promote strong fruiting canes.
