This variety does well if allowed to climb a trellis or fence. Be prepared for a multi-week harvest in the late summer and early autumn. Approx. 1,320 seeds per oz.

How to Grow Southern Delight Cucumber
Sow seeds in the soil after the last frost in the early summer or late spring. Cucumbers are warm-weather vegetables; keeping the soil temperature between 70 and 95℉ is crucial. To get a head start, seed indoors 2-3 weeks before the last frost. Then, transplant outdoors after the last frost date. Don’t forget to harden off! For straighter and more uniform cucumbers, try training them to grow up a trellis or fence.
Harvesting Southern Delight Cucumber
Harvest the cucumbers when they are at least 8 inches long but before they reach 9.5 inches. A prompt harvest when the cucumbers are ripe encourages the plant to continue fruit production for multiple weeks!
