Sunflower Seeds - Chocolate Cherry

Sunflower has a weed-like wildflower hardiness and can be broadcasted Plant 2-3 seeds .5 inch deep per pot or 3 inches apart in the garden in warm, loamy, well-drained soil. Heirloom Chocolate Cherry sunflower seeds germinate in 4-10 days. Thin back to one plant per pot or 6-12 inches apart in the garden once true leaves establish. Sunflowers in excess of 72 inches tall and benefit from staking during the end of season and during inclement weather.
