70 to 80 days to maturity. Brassica rapa var pekinensis 'Mansu'. Mansu Chinese Cabbage Hybrid Seeds. Annual Hybrid. This is a Korean loose-head type Chinese cabbage with bolting tolerance and has wide growing adaptability. An excellent choice for Korean kimchee recipes, salads, and soups. You can also use it as a substitute for Green Seoul. It is suitable for spring and fall sowing, and in mild temperature regions, summer sowing is possible. ~ 7,600 seeds per oz.

How to Grow Mansu Chinese Cabbage
Chinese Cabbage seeds are more likely to germinate if they experience a period of cold. You can provide this by storing your seeds in the freezer for a few weeks until you are ready to plant. This process is called vernalization. Sow in the spring while the soil is still cool. Plant again in late summer for harvesting in the fall.
If the plants experience late spring frosts or more than a week of nights below 50°F, they are likely to bolt (produce a flowering stalk and stop growing in preparation for an approaching fall/winter) once warm weather returns. Because Chinese Cabbages are heavy feeders, apply a balanced fertilizer and maintain nutrient-rich soil.
Harvesting Mansu Chinese Cabbage
Harvest when the heads reach the size you want. To harvest simply cut the cabbage head near the base and the soil. During the fall season Chinese Cabbages can tolerate a light frost, but be sure to harvest all cabbage heads before a hard freeze (28F).
Korean Mansu cabbage can be eaten raw in salads. It has high water content and takes on a sweet and juicy flavor when cooked, picking up other flavors from the food it's cooked with. Since it softens as well, it's frequently used in kimchi, with meats, in stir-fries, and in soups during the last stages of cooking. Preserve by drying or pickling.
