Chinese Cabbage Seeds - Kogane - Microgreens Seeds

Sow kogan chinese cabbage microgreens as you would any other Asian cabbage variety microgreen seed. Plant on the surface of a moist grow medium and spray the seeds down with water. Cover them with a paper towel or a light layer of coco coir and cover with something to "blackout" the seeds for a couple days. Check on them daily; the soil should be moist but not soaking. Only water when the medium is starting to take on a dusty feel.
