Beet - Rainbow Blend Microgreen Mix

Growing Directions:

Rainbow blend beet microgreens require soaking prior to sowing. Soil is the preferred growth medium for beets. Hydroponic grow mediums fall short in providing the ideal envrionment that beets require. Cover seeds with a thin layer of soil. Cover with a paper towel and spray with water until moist and mist often until the seeds germinate and take root. Remove paper towel at that point, otherwise just watch your microgreens poke through the soil.
