    I would appreciate your sharing the name and authors of the research on radish. I knew about the work of Dr. Gene Lester at USDA, Beltsville, Maryland, with the 40 x’s more nutrition in broccoli sprouts but was not aware of this new research on radish. Thanking you in advance.
