    Hello,
I read the article about living foods. I’m currently in the process of trying to establish a solid and reliable diet for myself. With that being said, I’ve been looking into raw vegan idk. You say that raw foods cooked over 107 is no longer raw. But this diet says otherwise; raw foods that aren’t cooked over 117 is still raw, is what is being said. I was hoping this would work for me bc eating a big serving of fruit as a meal replacement doesn’t seem very realistic. What is true ? Studies and proof to back it up ? Might I add that I love fruits and veggies, including sprouts. I eat them everyday but I’m deeply trying to figure out how to enjoy a raw lifestyle.
