Having health challenges since I was born (at times debilitating), I turned to the old saying ‘Let food be thine medicine’. I worked with a natropath and was able to heal my gut. Microgreens were a big part of that healing process. It is why I am so passionate about empowering people to grow their own microgreens!

Microgreens are the answer to supplies of high nutrient vegetables to both the young and the adults of all ages. High potent greens help to provide easilier choices and increase individual selection of nutrient content without having to consume a wagon full of greens to reach a single daily vitamin requirement. Smarter food selection will lead to healthier and more energized individuals who are trying to monitor their weight and sugar levels along with other vitamin deficiencies.

Amazing information. I am a microgreen grower my company sells to restaurants and individuals alike. We love sharing this amazing superfood with everyone we meet. Our customers and clients rave over the outstanding flavor and freshness of these wonderful products. My company is built on sustainable farming and producing the most nutrient dense produce we can possibly offer. We owe everything to True leaf for offering the very best in seed selection and customer service. Thank you so much for your dedication, we look forward to many years of business with you
