While I am to late to join the challenge, I wanted to just add that kids absolutely love microgreens! Even picky kids! I grew them for the first time a few years ago and my youngest couldn’t wait to try them. Usually a very picky eater who was not interested in getting anywhere near a vegetable, she couldn’t wait to try these very cute and tiny little plants. She has been hooked ever since!
