I’m just getting started with micro greens, and usually just use them in salads, thank you for sharing these great ideas!!

I really loved this article. I grow microgreens quite regularly, and my favorite/consistent grows are alfalfa greens (and sprouts), radish, kale, garlic chives, and sunflower, which I’ve generally just been combining to make base salads for my proteins (goes wonderful with white fish such as cod especially). With that being said, I’ve been dying to try new things with them outside of base salads and as one-off seasonings; I am especially interested in the savory crepe idea.
