100% new to planting from seed and after watching a lot of Urban Homesteader on YouTube I’m so excited to start germinating myself. Question on storage, when using a glass mason jar, can you empty the same kinds of seeds/same year into the jar or should they remain in the packet? The artist in me just looks this aesthetic but of course, as living beings, I want to properly care for them!

I had always read that leeks would last for only 1 year just like onions. Happily surprised to learn from your blog that leek seeds would last for 3 years.

I do a lot of peppers and tomatoes. How long do the seeds for both last? Peppers are all hot and about 8 or 9 different types of tomatoes. Thank you.
