Kale Seeds - Red - Microgreens Seeds

Red kale needs no soaking prior to planting. Just sow red kale microgreens seeds on a hydroponic medium or in soil and spray down with a water bottle. Use a thin layer of soil, coco coir, or even a paper towel to cover the seeds, and make sure that the top layer remains moist during the germination period. Let the growing red kale microgreens sit under the black out dome or tray for a couple days. Check on it each day until it is time to expose to light or indirect light. After about 6 days they should be ready for consumption.
