Growing Non-GMO Rocky Mountain Bee Plant Flower Seeds
For best results, plant the seeds between fall and early spring, or cold stratified for at least three days before sowing. Cold stratify by placing seeds on a moist paper towel inside a sealed plastic bag and placing it in the freezer. Normally seeds shouldn’t be frozen like this as it can cause their cells to burst as the water inside them expands. But some seeds can survive, and indeed need this "winter treatment."
