numerous recipes, some of which call for the inclusion of a cup or two of sprouted grains, and some which don't.
Biblical bread turns out quite different in texture and taste with or without sprouted grains included. Both are
unique and delicious. Some individuals find that they have an easier time digesting grains and seeds that have been
sprouted. If this is you, consider sprouting the mix before you embark on your baking venture.
