Organic Pink Oyster Mushroom Sawdust Spawn

Cultivation:

When cultivated outdoors, pink oysters fruit prolifically throughout summer. As a tropical strain, they also thrive with higher humidity. Note that they are not cold tolerant and their shelf life is shorter than other oyster varieties.

Pink oyster sawdust spawn is only recommended for use in outdoor beds, containers, and buckets.

Pink oyster sawdust spawn must be combined with a substrate (like straw) in order to fruit.

Please note: Pink oyster mushrooms do not grow on logs.

Upon receiving your spawn:

Remove it from the shipping box as soon as possible. Then, unfold the top of the bag, making room for air space. It's also important to check and confirm that the filter patch is not obstructed. This will help the organism breathe and continue to thrive!
