As our most productive oyster strain, they are reliable, cold-tolerant, and fruit prolifically in early spring or late fall. Their delicate structure makes them an ideal mushroom to grow in your own yard to get the best quality possible.

Plug spawn can live unrefrigerated for up to three months, though it is best to keep it refrigerated for long-term storage.
