Traveler 76 Tomato Seed Growth Habits:
Traveler 76 tomato seeds produce 6-oz. pink fruit on indeterminate vines. The vines will grow and continue to produce fruit until the first frost of the season. As an indeterminate tomato variety, Traveler 76 does well when supported by a trellis, stake, or cage, which promotes airflow and keeps the fruit off the ground.
Because they take 78 days after transplanting to mature, Traveler 76 tomato seeds should be started indoors 6 to 8 weeks before your last frost date. The seedlings should then be hardened off gradually just before transplanting them into the garden after the threat of frost has passed.
Tomato plants prefer full sun and rich, evenly moist soil with a pH that's slightly acidic (6.0) to nearly neutral (6.8). Traveler 76 tomatoes are a heat- and drought-tolerant cultivar.
