Resistant to mosaic virus, fusarium and has moderate bolt resistance. Excellent quality for fresh market and home garden. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in late spring through summer after last frost in a warm, sunny location. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Excellent for cooking, grating, pickling, salad. Store by drying shredded flesh. Can be used to make takuan daikon, a pickle in salt, sugar, vinegar and water.
