Recommended Use
Add 0.25 mL to 2 mL to food or beverages daily, working up to a full daily dose of 2 mL (roughly 35 to 40 drops). Taking the full dose all at once may have a mild laxative effect, so spreading it throughout the day is recommended for better absorption. The concentrate has a naturally bitter taste, but small amounts can enhance the flavor of foods and drinks. Adding 1 to 2 mL to a gallon of purified water makes a mineral-enriched drinking water.
