Growing Red Streaked Arugula in the Herb Garden
Direct sow outdoors after frosts in the spring or early summer. Thin to the strongest plants spaced 4 to 6 inches in the row, then thin again to 12 inches apart for mature plants.
Red Streaked Arugula will self-seed readily in garden settings if conditions are favorable. Cutting back the flowering stalks to reduce self-seeding is good practice.
