How to Grow NuMex College 64L Hot Peppers from Seed
it's recommended to start the seeds indoors in early spring, sowing them 1/4" deep and keeping them moist until germination.
Seeds usually germinate within 14 to 28 days. Once the seeds have sprouted, they can be moved into either larger pots or directly into the rich soil of a vegetable garden (with at least 24" of spacing between the individual plants). As with all pepper plants, try to ensure full sun for optimal growth.

Harvesting NuMex College 64L Hot Peppers
When fully mature, the plants grown from these seeds will be produce good yields of peppers that are approximately 5" in length and turn from green to red when ready for harvesting.
As with most types of peppers, it's often best to snip the fruit from the plant with shears (leaving a small amount of stem behind on the plant). Because they are a milder pepper in comparison to other varieties such a Habanero and Scotch Bonnet (which have very high levels of capsaicin) you shouldn't need to worry about avoiding direct skin contact with the fruit, but it is still recommended to avoid touching your eyes or face when harvesting just in case.
Peppers can be picked and eaten fresh when they aren't fully mature and are still green. For fully mature peppers, harvest after 85 days.
