Growing Organic Hubbard Baby Green Winter Squash in the Vegetable Garden
Sow seeds 1 inch deep after frost when soil is warm, or start indoors 3 to 4 weeks early in biodegradable pots to minimize root disturbance. Space plants 36 to 48 inches apart with 60 to 72 inches between rows to allow vigorous vines to run; mulch to conserve moisture and keep fruits clean.
