Outdoors (veg & herbs): arugula, lettuce mixes, spinach, kale, chard, cilantro, dill, parsley, bunching onions, radish, baby beets, carrots, peas (snap/shelling), Asian greens (tatsoi, mizuna, komatsuna), fennel.

Cover crops: crimson clover, hairy vetch, winter rye, oats; in low deserts, add forage peas or bell beans. Consider our All-Purpose Cover Crop Mix.

Flowers:calendula, nasturtium, sweet peas, viola/pansy.

Starts to begin now (for late winter transplants): bulbing onions (short/intermediate-day), artichoke, celery, parsley.
